I am committed to giving you the best of my experience and qualified training wherever possible.

My name is Jeff Bean and I’m a native to Silicon Valley and a lifelong student of personal growth and transformation. I have built my entire life here attending school, growing a family, working professionally, and investing in the people of my community. I’ve spent over 35 years as a professional in the aerospace and defense field as well as serving as an ordained minister for the past 20 years.

I understand what it means to feel stuck and to lose site of the vision and energy you once had. Wherever I go I meet people just like me looking to find a new VISION for their future, to experience a BREAKTHROUGH to their next goal, and to create MOMENTUM for their journey. As a working professional and a pastor, I have devoted myself to walking with them as a Personal and Professional Coach and Counselor. I’ve spent hundreds of hours working with individuals and groups helping them advance in specific areas of their lives, careers, education, and relationships.

I love walking with people as they discover their full potential as human beings in all areas of life. The primary goal of coaching is to do exactly that – help individuals unlock that potential by engaging them in powerful conversations that bring clarity, focus, and motivation, thus enabling them to take action and move forward in pursuit of the goals and dreams they have for their personal and/or professional lives.

If you are looking for just such a partnership, I invite you to read more about what coaching can offer you. If you think I can help you, please get in touch with me and we can talk further about how we can build a coaching relationship together.

Here’s what I can promise you: If you come to each session knowing what you want, and you commit yourself to incremental actions, together we will find the path to your next achievement and ultimately to a life founded in success. I will show you that you truly are the best expert on your own life.

Sincerely,

Jeff Bean
