Let’s be honest, coaching isn’t for everyone. If you’re not ready to make changes in your patterns, you probably don’t need a coach. You need a reason for things to change. If you’re still dealing with past hurts and habits, you need a counselor or therapists to help you revisit the origins of those issues so you can heal and be ready to move forward. And finally, if you’re content with your current life, then you probably should be coaching or encouraging others so they can experience the same in their future.
